Als Assistenz der Geschäftsführung (m/w/d) unterstützt du den CPO bei der Aufbereitung und Filterung relevanter Informationen, bei Termin- und Reisemanagement sowie bei Projekten und internen Abläufen. Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im gehobenen Führungsumfeld, eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke mit. Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, Kommunikationsstärke sowie höchste Diskretion und Loyalität zeichnen dich aus. Im Umgang mit MS Office bist du versiert. 1 Assistenz der Geschäftsführung (m/w/d) Wien, 36h/Woche, ab Dezember 2026

Deine Aufgaben

* Unterstützung bei Evaluierung: Erstellen von "executive Summaries" und Decision support, sowie Informationsfilterung.

* Terminkoordination sowie professionelles Kalender-Management des CPO

* Reiseorganisation und Reisekostenabrechnung des CPO

* Projektunterstützung - Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit an Bereichsprojekten (z.B.: Verbesserung von Administrationsabläufen) und bei Projekten des CPO

* Unterstützung der internen Abläufe

Was du mitbringst

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im gehobenen Führungsbereich

* Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und schnelle Auffassungsgabe

* Selbständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie exzellente Organisationsfähigkeit

* Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, Stressresilienz, serviceorientiertes Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke

* Höchste Diskretion und Loyalität

Was dich erwartet

Das kollektivvertragliche Monatsbruttogehalt beträgt bei 36 Wochenstunden (inklusive Ruhepausen) zwischen € 2.695,55 und € 3.349,67. Für eine exakte Berechnung werden deine Vordienstzeiten berücksichtigt.
