1、统招本科以上学历，数学、统计学、大数据等相关专业优先； 2、2年以上数据分析和数据挖掘类经验，有用户增长、流量分析、内容型业务分析经验优先； 3、熟练掌握SQL（必须），至少能使用python、R等编程语言中的一种； 4、有扎实的统计基础，熟悉常用的数理统计和数据挖掘方法，了解常用的因果推断分析方法； 5、良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和主动意识；具备抽象思维能力，善于从数据中发现问题并推动产品迭代。
