1、梳理投放业务数据链路和指标框架，为业务的运营决策提供数据支持，推动部门内数据体系的发展和完善； 2、跟踪业务重点项目进展，如不同渠道及素材下的转化效果，及时分析业务变化，科学化评估策略效果并提出可能的改进建议； 3、对信息流RTA、归因等功能均有深入了解，自选专题或者配合上下游协作部门分析并挖掘业务优化点，推动业务生态完善； 4、紧贴业务项目规划提供数据侧可行性评估、测算、规划等工作，贯穿项目全周期提供策略及分析支撑

1、统招本科以上学历，数学、统计学、计算机相关专业优先； 2、2年以上互联网数据分析岗位经验，有增长投放业务分析经验优先； 3、对广告渠道流量分配原理、投放策略、归因逻辑均有清晰认知； 4、熟练掌握SQL（必须）、python、R等工具，熟悉常用数据统计和分析方法，扎实的数理统计基础； 5、优秀的数据分析能力，数据驱动，并善于从数据发现问题并推动产品迭代； 6、良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神、工作规划能力和主动意识；具备抽象思维能力，能将重复的工作自动化。
