Responsabilidades:

  • Atuar na execução das rotinas administrativas e operacionais do setor ao qual está vinculado, garantindo fluidez, disciplina e controle nos processos sob sua responsabilidade;
  • Elaborar, revisar e manter atualizados os registros operacionais, relatórios internos, cadastros, planilhas e documentos institucionais, zelando pela integridade, precisão e coerência das informações;
  • Alimentar sistemas e plataformas de gestão com dados organizados, confiáveis e estruturados conforme os padrões estabelecidos pelo escritório;
  • Monitorar prazos internos, acompanhar fluxos processuais da área e comunicar desvios ou riscos à liderança imediata, de forma tempestiva e responsável;
  • Apoiar tecnicamente os demais membros da equipe na execução e padronização das rotinas, sempre sob supervisão e alinhamento institucional;
  • Contribuir para a organização física e digital dos arquivos e ambientes operacionais, garantindo rastreabilidade, conformidade e facilidade de acesso às informações;
  • Cumprir, com disciplina e rigor, os protocolos institucionais, instruções normativas e procedimentos operacionais vigentes;
  • Registrar pontualmente suas entregas e atividades na plataforma do escritório, mantendo histórico técnico atualizado e assegurando aderência ao modelo de acompanhamento do desempenho institucional.
  • Formação: Bacharelado completo em Ciências Contábeis;
  • CRC ativo é um diferencial;
  • Experiência em escritório contábil ou empresa com alta volumetria contábil;
  • Conhecimentos técnicos: Excel intermediário, Sistemas ERP contábeis (Domínio e Questor), Legislação contábil e tributária atualizada, Experiência em Lucro Real e Presumido.

  • Pacote de benefícios: VA, VT, Auxílio Presente (no aniversário) e Auxílio Saúde;
