Estamos em busca de um (a) Gerente de Departamento Fiscal para integrar um time de estrelas de uma Assessoria Contábil em Taguatinga - DF, referência no mercado sendo excelência em soluções contábeis. Venha fazer parte desta equipe de excelência!

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar e desenvolver equipes
  • Coordenar fechamentos, fiscais e demonstrações financeiras;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das obrigações acessórias e da legislação vigente;
  • Atuar com planejamento tributário e melhoria de processos;
  • Prestar atendimento consultivo a clientes corporativos;
  • Acompanhar indicadores, metas e resultados da área;
  • Planejar, organizar, supervisionar e aprimorar os processos da área sob sua responsabilidade, garantindo alinhamento com as diretrizes estratégicas e com os padrões institucionais de qualidade, eficiência e rastreabilidade;
  • Distribuir responsabilidades com coerência técnica, acompanhar o desempenho individual e coletivo da equipe, assegurar cumprimento de prazos e corrigir desvios com rapidez e precisão;
  • Conduzir reuniões periódicas, promover alinhamentos operacionais, esclarecer dúvidas técnicas e assegurar clareza nas funções, metas e critérios de entrega;
  • Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de produtividade, qualidade, desempenho financeiro e satisfação do cliente interno ou externo, utilizando dados para decisões sustentáveis;
  • Estruturar soluções com visão sistêmica, revisar fluxos críticos, integrar ferramentas tecnológicas e antecipar falhas com medidas preventivas e controle de riscos;
  • Zelar pela excelência técnica das entregas, validando documentos, pareceres, análises ou entregáveis da área, com rigor jurídico, contábil, fiscal ou normativo;
  • Homologar processos internos e apoiar a construção de políticas, normativos e padrões institucionais;
  • Desenvolver tecnicamente a equipe, promovendo capacitação contínua, estruturando feedbacks construtivos, avaliando desempenho com critérios objetivos e implementando planos de desenvolvimento profissional.
  • Formação em Ciências Contábeis com CRC ativo;
  • Experiência sólida em escritório de contabilidade;
  • Vivência em liderança de equipes;
  • Conhecimento avançado em legislação tributária e normas contábeis;
  • Experiência com o sistema Alterdata.

Diferencial:

  • Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão, Controladoria ou áreas correlatas.
