Estamos em busca de um(a) Consultor(a) de Vendas para integrar o time de uma loja especializada em louças, metais e eletrodomésticos, referência no segmento e atuante no mercado de Balneário Camboriú – SC desde 2009.

Buscamos um profissional com perfil consultivo, comercial e orientado a resultados, que tenha facilidade para compreender as necessidades dos clientes e transformar projetos de construção e reforma em experiências de compra diferenciadas.

Responsabilidades:

Realizar atendimento e consultoria de vendas, compreendendo as necessidades e o estilo de cada cliente; Atender clientes envolvidos em projetos de construção, reforma e arquitetura, oferecendo soluções personalizadas; Apresentar produtos, acabamentos e soluções de design, funcionalidade e tecnologia; Desenvolver e manter relacionamento com clientes, arquitetos, designers e profissionais parceiros; Realizar prospecção ativa e desenvolvimento de novos clientes e oportunidades; Elaborar propostas comerciais, conduzir negociações e atuar no fechamento das vendas; Acompanhar todo o ciclo de vendas, desde o primeiro contato até a conclusão da negociação; Realizar follow-up das propostas e oportunidades em andamento; Manter o relacionamento no pós-venda, fortalecendo a fidelização e a geração de novas oportunidades; Contribuir para o alcance das metas comerciais e indicadores de desempenho da loja.

  • Cursando Design de Interiores ou Arquitetura será diferencial;
  • Interesse ou experiência com metais sanitários e louças;
  • Pacote Office intermediário;
  • Desejável experiência em vendas ou em áreas relacionadas.

Dados da vaga:

  • Salário: fixo + comissão;
  • Regime de contratação: CLT;
  • Pacote de benefícios: Plano de saúde, day off de aniversário, treinamento e plano de carreira;
  • Modalidade de trabalho: Presencial;
  • Horário de trabalho: Degunda a sexta-feira, das 09h às 18h30 e aos sábados das 09h às 13;
