Sobre a oportunidade

A PrevenSan está em busca de um(a) Assistente de Departamento Pessoal para integrar sua equipe administrativa.

Procuramos uma pessoa organizada, responsável, discreta e atenta aos detalhes, que tenha facilidade para lidar com pessoas, documentos, prazos e rotinas trabalhistas.

O profissional atuará no acompanhamento das atividades de Departamento Pessoal, em contato direto com os colaboradores, a contabilidade e a assessoria jurídica da empresa.

Principais responsabilidades

- Acompanhar os processos de admissão e desligamento de colaboradores, organizando documentos e informações necessárias.

- Conferir e acompanhar os registros de ponto eletrônico, jornadas de trabalho, atrasos, faltas, horas extras e adicionais.

- Organizar e acompanhar escalas de trabalho, folgas, férias e afastamentos.

- Auxiliar na conferência das folhas de pagamento, holerites, benefícios e demais informações trabalhistas.

- Realizar a entrega e o controle de recebimento dos holerites.

- Manter atualizados os cadastros, arquivos e documentos dos colaboradores.

- Acompanhar vencimentos, prazos e obrigações relacionados às rotinas de pessoal.

- Prestar orientações administrativas aos colaboradores, encaminhando questões técnicas à contabilidade ou ao jurídico quando necessário.

- Atuar em conjunto com a contabilidade e a assessoria jurídica, garantindo o envio correto das informações e o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos.

- Apoiar a aplicação do Regimento Interno, do Manual de Conduta e das políticas de gestão de pessoas.

- Elaborar controles, planilhas e relatórios relacionados ao Departamento Pessoal.

Requisitos

- Ensino médio completo.

- Conhecimento básico de informática, especialmente Excel e ferramentas de escritório.

- Boa comunicação oral e escrita.

- Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de cumprir prazos.

- Discrição e responsabilidade no tratamento de informações confidenciais.

- Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e atender colaboradores.

Será considerado um diferencial

- Estar cursando ensino superior em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas relacionadas.

- Experiência anterior com rotinas de Departamento Pessoal.

- Conhecimento sobre controle de ponto, folha de pagamento, férias, admissões e rescisões.

- Familiaridade com legislação trabalhista e sistemas de gestão de pessoal.
