A Anjos Colchões & Sofás está em busca de um(a) Vendedor(a) com perfil comercial, iniciativa e habilidade para compreender as necessidades do cliente e transformar o atendimento em uma excelente experiência de compra.

Buscamos profissionais que entendam que vender não é apenas apresentar um produto, mas ouvir o cliente, identificar sua necessidade, apresentar soluções, negociar e conduzir o fechamento da venda.

Principais atividades

* Realizar atendimento presencial e consultivo aos clientes;

* Identificar necessidades, preferências e possibilidades de compra;

* Apresentar colchões, sofás, poltronas e demais produtos da loja;

* Explicar características, diferenciais e benefícios dos produtos;

* Realizar negociação e fechamento de vendas;

* Trabalhar com metas e indicadores comerciais;

* Realizar acompanhamento e pós-venda;

* Manter relacionamento com clientes e buscar novas oportunidades de negócio;

* Contribuir para a organização e boa apresentação do ambiente de vendas.

Requisitos

* Experiência mínima de 1 ano e 6 meses com vendas consultivas;

* Experiência com atendimento direto ao cliente;

* Boa comunicação e capacidade de argumentação;

* Iniciativa e proatividade;

* Habilidade de negociação;

* Organização e responsabilidade;

* Foco em resultados e cumprimento de metas;

* Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;

* Interesse em aprender sobre os produtos e desenvolver-se comercialmente e prospectar clientes.

Será considerado um diferencial ter experiência com vendas de móveis, colchões, decoração, eletrodomésticos, automóveis, materiais de construção ou produtos de maior valor agregado.
