  • Ability to develop recognized subject-matter expertise in safety and health issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain safety requirements effectively across all organizational levels and work groups.

  • Program Leadership: Partner with management to develop, implement, and maintain site-specific safety and health programs, compliance strategies, policies, procedures, action plans, and guidelines, including injury-prevention and accident-prevention initiatives.
  • Assessments and Corrective Actions: Lead or support detailed safety inspections, audits, assessments, monthly facility walkdowns, and critical-control verifications to identify noncompliance, mitigate hazards, and reduce risk.
  • Risk Response: Manage risks associated with safety and health programs and coordinate required notifications to the appropriate agencies when noncompliance occurs.
  • Incident Response: Investigate incidents, near misses, and noncompliance events; ensure timely reporting and notification; develop corrective actions; and support post-job reviews and event-learning activities.
  • Training and Employee Engagement: Develop and deliver training on safety and health policies, procedures, job risks, risk-mitigation methods, and compliance requirements. Reinforce Critical Risk Management, critical controls, Human Performance principles, and behavior-based safety practices.
  • Performance Communication: Prepare and present recurring safety-performance updates, emerging-risk analyses, and required improvement actions to leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead safety and health initiatives and meetings that promote best practices, proactive behaviors, continuous improvement, and a positive safety culture.
  • Operational Partnership: Collaborate with onsite contractors and work groups to integrate safety and health requirements into daily operations and support compliance across the workforce.
  • Organizational Support: Serve as a corporate safety and health resource by providing expertise, guidance, and support to the Safety & Wellness Committee and other safety support teams.
  • Documentation and Confidentiality: Maintain required safety documentation and protect the confidentiality of reports, incidents, and disability management cases.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
