General Manager – Honda Dealership

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee the operations of our Honda dealership. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in automotive dealership management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive profitability, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Honda sales and/or management experience preferred. Earning potential $250,000+!

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily dealership operations and overall performance
  • Lead, develop, and hold department managers accountable for achieving sales, profitability, and operational goals
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, expenses, and key performance indicators
  • Drive new and used vehicle sales, service and parts performance, customer satisfaction, and dealership profitability
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and retain high-performing managers and employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, Honda standards, and applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and customer service

Requirements

  • Previous automotive dealership General Manager or senior management experience required
  • Strong knowledge of dealership sales, service, parts, and finance operations
  • Proven leadership, team development, and performance management skills
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to drive profitability
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
