Wir helfen Frauen und Familien in besonderen Lebenslagen, engagieren uns in der Jugendhilfe und unterstützen Menschen mit Behinderung bei ihrer Teilhabe am Leben in der Gesellschaft. Unsere Hilfe kommt dort an, wo sie gebraucht wird.

Unsere mehr als 380 Mitarbeiter*innen sind so einzigartig wie die Menschen, die wir im Alltag begleiten. Damit diese vielfältigen Aufgaben gut gelingen, suchen wir zur Unterstützung unseres Teams der Offenen Sozialarbeit eine engagierte

Sozialarbeiterin (w/m/d).

Projekt: Wohnprojekt Anker (Second Stage Projekt für gewaltbetroffene Frauen und deren Kinder nach dem Frauenhaus)

Startdatum: ab dem 01.01.2027

Regelmäßige Arbeitszeit: 16 Wochenstunden (Stundenerweiterung wird angestrebt)

Befristung: zunächst befristet als Elternzeitvertretung

Welche Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns?

  • Beratung, Betreuung und Begleitung von gewaltbetroffenen Frauen und Kindern mit niedrigem Schutzbedarf in sogenannten Trägerwohnungen
  • Zuarbeit zur Wohnraumverwaltung
  • Dokumentation, Evaluation und Weiterentwicklung des Projekts
  • Netzwerkarbeit
  • Verwaltungstätigkeiten

Was zeichnet Sie aus?

  • Sie haben ein Studium der Sozialen Arbeit erfolgreich mit der staatlichen Anerkennung abgeschlossen.
  • Wir wünschen uns Erfahrung in der Beratung von gewaltbetroffenen Frauen und Kindern.
  • Sie haben ein freundliches und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Klient*innen und Kooperationspartner*innen.
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie auch Erfahrung in der Kommunikation in einer Fremdsprache mit.
  • Sie sind engagiert und haben Freude daran, sich im Team mit Kolleginnen weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Sie sehen Ihre Arbeit stets auch im gesellschaftlichen Kontext und wirken engagiert an der Verbesserung bestehender Verhältnisse mit.
