PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES: Responsável pela facilitação, mapeamento e proposição de solução para necessidades de negócio. Colaborar na análise e registro das necessidades de negócio do cliente, propondo soluções de negócio que melhor o atendam. • Auxiliar ao product Owner e demais colaboradores, na decomposição das necessidades de negócio identificando os requisitos gerados/impactados dos sistemas em forma de Histórias de usuário para início da execução da sprint; • Entender os processos de negócio, produtos e serviços existentes e suas regras com objetivo de prover solução de TI sempre que necessário; • Entender as necessidades de gestor do negócio e clientes/usuários para propor soluções; • Identificar e mapear necessidades de negócio de forma prática e visual; • Representar as necessidades de negócio em forma de mapas, requisitos de negócio e histórias de usuário; • Dominar os conceitos de análise e processo de negócio, design centrado no usuário e de métodos ágeis; • Identificar serviços de TI que possam ser reaproveitados em diversos negócios ou etapas de um processo de negócio; • Facilitação e condução de workshops e oficinas utilizando técnicas ágeis. Requisitos Graduação completa na área de Tecnologia da Informação, ou conclusão de qualquer curso superior acompanhado de certificado de curso de pós-graduação (especialização, mestrado ou doutorado) na área de Tecnologia da Informação de, no mínimo, 360 horas. CERTIFICAÇÃO DESEJÁVEL: UX-PM Nível 2; PSU - Professional Scrum with User Experience I; Professional Scrum Product Owner PSPO I; CBPP . Experiência desejável: 03 anos em atuação em mapeamento de requisitos de negócio, condução de workshops e escrita de histórias de usuário em ambientes ágeis e ponto de função. Conhecimentos em metodologias ágeis: Scrum, Kanban, Lean Inception; Técnicas de facilitação: Design Thinking, Design Sprint; Escrita e refinamento de requisitos ágeis; UX aplicado à análise de negócio; Noções de arquitetura de sistemas e soluções de TI para apoio ao ne gócio.
