PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES: Responsável por estruturar soluções técnicas relacionadas à prestação de serviços de SI, atuando como elo entre as áreas Comercial, Especialistas Técnicos e Delivery na definição de arquiteturas de solução e modelos operacionais. Responsável por compreender serviços, tecnologias e arquiteturas de Segurança da Informação, identificar os recursos técnicos necessários para sua execução, definir modelos operacionais, selecionar tecnologias e fabricantes aderentes às necessidades do cliente, dimensionar equipes, estimar esforços, identificar riscos e consolidar a solução técnica que servirá de base para composição das propostas comerciais, garantindo sua viabilidade técnica e operacional. · Analisar documentos técnicos, editais, RFPs, RFIs, Termos de Referência e demais documentos relacionados à contratação de serviços de SI ; · Compreender os serviços solicitados, identificando seus objetivos, requisitos técnicos, operacionais, funcionais, quantitativos e níveis de serviço ; · Interpretar serviços e tecnologias de Segurança da Informação, mesmo quando ainda não possua experiência direta com a solução, pesquisando fabricantes, arquiteturas de referência, documentação técnica, boas práticas e modelos de mercado para definição da solução proposta ; · Traduzir requisitos técnicos de tecnologias e serviços em modelos operacionais, perfis profissionais, quantitativos de equipe e estimativas de esforço para execução dos contratos ; · Realizar a decomposição técnica dos serviços, identificando atividades, entregáveis, dependências, premissas, riscos, volumetrias e recursos necessários para sua execução ; · Definir arquiteturas conceituais para prestação dos serviços de Segurança da Informação ; · Definir os modelos operacionais aplicáveis para cada serviço, considerando cobertura operacional, jornadas de trabalho, escalas, SLAs, níveis de atendimento e responsabilidades; . Entre outras atividades. Requisitos Superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia da Computação, Redes de Computadores, Segurança da Informação ou áreas correlatas de Tecnologia da Informação. Experiência desejável: Atuação acima de 04 anos em Segurança da Informação, atuando em arquitetura, consultoria, implantação, sustentação, operação ou Pré-Vendas de soluções e serviços de Segurança da Informação. Experiência prática nos seguintes domínios: SOC; SIEM; SOAR; XDR; Gestão de Vulnerabilidades; Segurança de Redes; NGFW; WAF; Segurança em Nuvem; IAM; PAM; Segurança de Endpoints; Segurança de Aplicações; DevSecOps; Threat Intelligence; CTI; DLP; CASB; SSE; Zero Trust; Resposta a Incidentes; GRC; LGPD; Serviços Gerenciados de Segurança. Conhecimentos Mínimos: Arquitetura de Segurança da Informação ( Arquiteturas de Segurança , Redes de computadores e protocolos , Segurança de Redes, Perímetro e Datacenter , Segurança em Nuvem , Arquiteturas Zero Trust ); Domínios de Segurança da Informação ( SOC , SIEM , SOAR , XDR , Gestão de Vulnerabilidades , IAM , PAM , Segurança de Endpoints , Segurança de Aplicações , DevSecOps ; Threat Intelligence , CTI , BAS , DLP , CASB , SSE , Resposta a Incidentes , Monitoramento e Observabilidade , GRC , LGPD ); Estruturação de Serviços ( Modelagem de serviços gerenciados de Segurança da Informação , Definição de modelos operacionais , Dimensionamento de equipes técnicas , Dimensionamento de capacidade operacional , Cobertura operacional , Escalas de atendimento , SLAs , Estimativas preliminares de esforço , Interpretação de documentação técnica de fabricantes, arquiteturas de referência, datasheets e guias de dimensionamento ; Frameworks ( ISO 27001 , NIST Cybersecurity Framework , CIS Controls , MITRE ATT&CK , OWASP , ITIL ).
