PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES: Responsável pelo desenvolvimento de soluções de software com forte utilização de Inteligência Artificial, automação do ciclo de vida do desenvolvimento (SDLC) e aplicação de agentes inteligentes para aumento de produtividade, qualidade e governança das entregas. Participará do desenho de soluções, definição de arquiteturas, desenvolvimento de aplicações e automações, além de contribuir para a evolução tecnológica dos produtos, processos e práticas de engenharia da empresa. Projetar, desenvolver e evoluir soluções de software de alta complexidade; Desenvolver e evoluir agentes de IA para automação de atividades do SDLC; Automatizar processos de especificação, geração de código, documentação, testes, validação e implantação; Definir arquiteturas escaláveis, seguras e de alta disponibilidade; Evoluir pipelines de CI/CD e processos de DevSecOps; Atuar na definição de padrões, frameworks e boas práticas de engenharia de software; Apoiar tecnicamente equipes na adoção de Inteligência Artificial aplicada ao desenvolvimento; Contribuir para a evolução contínua dos processos e ferramentas de engenharia da organização. Requisitos Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas. Experiência desejável: Acima de 05 anos atuando como Engenheiro(a) de Software Sr; Automação do Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Inteligência Artificial aplicada ao desenvolvimento de software; Desenvolvimento e utilização de agentes de IA para automatização de atividades de engenharia de software;Modelos de linguagem (LLMs), como Claude, GPT, Gemini ou similares; Engenharia de Prompt e desenho de fluxos de interação entre usuários, agentes e modelos de IA; Integração de IA com ferramentas de desenvolvimento, DevOps e plataformas corporativas; Automação da geração de código, documentação técnica, testes, revisão de código e validação utilizando IA; Desenvolvimento de aplicações Full Stack de alta complexidade. Conhecimentos: Arquitetura de software e aplicações distribuídas; Desenvolvimento de aplicações Full Stack; APIs REST e arquitetura orientada a eventos;nMicrosserviços; Git e estratégias de versionamento; CI/CD; Docker; Kubernetes; Computação em nuvem (AWS, Azure ou GCP); Bancos de dados relacionais e NoSQL; Testes automatizados (unitários, integração e end-to-end); Práticas de DevSecOps e Engenharia de Software.
