Liderar la estrategia de inversiones y nuevos negocios de Spectrum, identificando, evaluando y concretando oportunidades de crecimiento inmobiliario rentables. Asegurar una asignación eficiente de capital y la creación de valor del portafolio, desde la originación de oportunidades hasta su desarrollo y seguimiento en Guatemala, Colombia y otros mercados.

Funciones principales

  • Definir la estrategia de inversión y crecimiento del portafolio, identificando mercados, activos y oportunidades alineadas con los objetivos del negocio.
  • Originar y evaluar oportunidades de inversión, adquisiciones, desarrollos y alianzas estratégicas, analizando su viabilidad financiera, comercial y sus riesgos.
  • Liderar la estructuración, negociación y cierre de transacciones inmobiliarias, presentando recomendaciones de inversión ante la Alta Dirección y los órganos de gobierno.
  • Asegurar el desempeño y la rentabilidad de las inversiones, coordinando con las áreas de desarrollo y finanzas, y liderando al equipo responsable de la gestión de inversiones.

Requisitos

  • Formación: Licenciatura en Finanzas, Economía, Administración, Ingeniería, Arquitectura o carrera afín. Deseable MBA, maestría en Finanzas, Real Estate o inversiones.
  • Experiencia: De 10 a 15 años de trayectoria profesional, con al menos 7 años en inversiones, desarrollo, adquisiciones, estructuración o nuevos negocios inmobiliarios.
  • Experiencia comprobable en la originación, evaluación, negociación y cierre de transacciones inmobiliarias.
  • Dominio de modelación financiera, valuación de activos, underwriting, análisis de rentabilidad, estructuración de inversiones y due diligence.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos y desarrollando relaciones estratégicas con inversionistas, desarrolladores y socios de negocio.
  • Inglés avanzado y manejo de Excel avanzado para modelación financiera.
  • Deseable experiencia en portafolios inmobiliarios multiactivo, proyectos de gran escala y operaciones en mercados internacionales.
