Keine Ahnung von Logistik? Noch nicht.

Nicht alle bei uns haben in der Spedition angefangen. Einige kamen aus dem Handel, der Gastronomie oder einem ganz anderen Büro – und haben bei uns gelernt, wie man Transporte durch Europa steuert.

Das geht nicht über Nacht. Spedition ist ein Handwerk: Du lernst Frächter, Routen, Preise und Dokumente kennen, und du lernst, ruhig zu bleiben, wenn ein LKW steht und der Kunde anruft. Dafür bekommst du eine strukturierte Einarbeitung, E-Learnings und Kolleginnen und Kollegen, die dir zeigen, wie es geht.

Was du mitbringen musst, ist nicht Wissen. Es ist Einstellung.

Was du machst

Du lernst das Speditionsgeschäft von Grund auf – und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt eigene Transporte.

  • Transportaufträge annehmen, prüfen und im System anlegen
  • Abholungen und Zustellungen organisieren und begleiten
  • Transportdokumente erstellen und Frachtkosten kalkulieren
  • Mit Kunden, Frächtern und Fahrern telefonieren und schreiben
  • Lernen, passende Frächter zu finden und Preise zu verhandeln
  • Bei Schäden und Reklamationen mithelfen, die Ursache zu klären
  • Nach der Einarbeitung eigene Kunden und Transporte übernehmen

Kurz gesagt: Am Anfang lernst du. Danach disponierst du.

Was wir suchen

Branchenerfahrung brauchst du nicht. Aber du solltest:

  • Gern kommunizieren – am Telefon, per Mail, den ganzen Tag
  • Lernen wollen und Fragen stellen, statt zu raten
  • Ruhig bleiben, wenn mehrere Dinge gleichzeitig passieren
  • Sorgfältig arbeiten – Zahlen, Termine und Dokumente müssen stimmen
  • Selbst anpacken, statt zu warten, bis es jemand anderer löst
  • Keine Angst vor Zahlen haben
  • Sicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift mitbringen
  • Englisch ist ein Plus

Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt hilft. Entscheidend ist, dass du dranbleibst.

Gehalt

Mindestgrundgehalt laut KV: EUR 2.352,50 brutto pro Monat, 14x jährlich. Überzahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation, zusätzlich Gewinnbeteiligung.
