Ob du aus der Logistik kommst oder aus einem anderen Vertrieb, ist zweitrangig.

Was du machst

Du bist die Stimme von Spedination für den italienischen Markt.

  • Italienische Kunden betreuen und die Zusammenarbeit ausbauen
  • Neue Kunden in Italien, Südtirol und darüber hinaus gewinnen
  • Verstehen, was Verlader brauchen, und passende Transportlösungen anbieten
  • Angebote kalkulieren, verhandeln und abschließen
  • Eng mit der Disposition zusammenarbeiten – du bist die Brücke zwischen Kunde und Team
  • Deine Kunden und deine Zahlen selbst im Blick behalten

Kurz gesagt: Italienische Kunden haben bei uns jemanden, der sie versteht – sprachlich und geschäftlich.

Was wir suchen

Wir erwarten nicht, dass du jeden Punkt erfüllst. Aber du solltest:

  • Sehr gutes Italienisch und sicheres Deutsch mitbringen, in Wort und Schrift
  • Gern telefonieren und auf Menschen zugehen
  • Verhandeln können und den Abschluss suchen
  • Kaufmännisch denken – Umsatz ohne Deckungsbeitrag ist kein Erfolg
  • Dranbleiben, auch wenn es beim ersten Mal nicht klappt
  • Organisiert und eigenständig arbeiten
  • Englisch ist ein Plus

Erfahrung in Logistik, Spedition oder Vertrieb hilft, ist aber keine Voraussetzung. Die Sprache und die Einstellung sind es.

Gehalt

Mindestgrundgehalt laut KV: EUR 2.738,10 brutto pro Monat, 14x jährlich. Überzahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation, zusätzlich erfolgsabhängige Prämie.
