Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust eigenständig den IT-Betrieb an einem Kundenstandort mit über 400 Usern und sorgst für einen zuverlässigen lokalen IT-Support
  • Du kümmerst Dich um die Benutzerverwaltung, den Hardwarebestand und die Verwaltung des gesamten Asset-Lifecycles
  • Du koordinierst Tickets und Aufgaben im Vor-Ort-Team, setzt Prioritäten und stimmst Dich mit den zuständigen Ansprechpartnern ab
  • Du planst und unterstützt Notebook-Rollouts sowie Lifecycle-Maßnahmen und sorgst für eine strukturierte Umsetzung vor Ort
  • Du analysierst und behebst Netzwerkstörungen, führst Patching-Arbeiten durch und unterstützt bei Port-Aktivierungen, VLAN-Konfigurationen und weiteren Netzwerkanpassungen
  • Du wirkst beim lokalen LAN-Refresh sowie beim Austausch, Stacking und der Konfiguration von Switches mit und unterstützt den Aufbau, Umbau und die Erweiterung der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Du arbeitest eng mit globalen Corporate-IT-Teams sowie den Netzwerk-, Security- und weiteren Fachteams zusammen, unterstützt technische Maßnahmen im laufenden Betrieb und bringst Ideen zur Verbesserung der lokalen IT-Prozesse ein

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine IT-Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und erste praktische Erfahrung im IT-Support oder in der Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
  • Du gehst service- und kundenorientiert vor, hast ein offenes Ohr für die Anliegen der User und kommunizierst freundlich, verständlich und lösungsorientiert
  • Du bearbeitest Deine Aufgaben zuverlässig und eigenständig, übernimmst Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und holst Dir bei Bedarf rechtzeitig Unterstützung
  • Du bringst grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von Windows-Arbeitsplätzen, der Benutzerverwaltung sowie im Umgang mit Hardware und IT-Assets mit
  • Du verfügst über erste Kenntnisse im Netzwerkumfeld, beispielsweise bei der Fehlersuche, beim Patching oder bei der Arbeit mit Switches und Netzwerkanschlüssen
  • Du organisierst Deine Aufgaben strukturiert, kannst Prioritäten setzen und behältst auch bei mehreren gleichzeitigen Anfragen den Überblick
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, stimmst Dich mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern ab und bist offen dafür, neue Technologien, Prozesse und Arbeitsweisen kennenzulernen
  • Du sprichst fließendes Deutsch und hast ebenso gute Englischkenntnisse
