Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du unterstützt unsere Klient:innen in pflegerischen und alltäglichen Situationen
  • Du unterstützt im Alltag - z. B. bei Körperpflege, Ernährung und Mobilität
  • Du dokumentierst deine Beobachtungen sorgfältig und gibst wichtige Informationen im Team weiter.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Niveau B2)
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
