Du möchtest als Einkäufer/-in (m/w/d) aktiv mitgestalten, welche Produkte über uns in den Fachhandel kommen? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig! Als Großfachhändler für die Fahrradbranche verbinden wir bei Sport Import echte Leidenschaft fürs Radfahren mit einem klaren Blick für Zahlen, Prozesse und starke Marken – und suchen Verstärkung für unser Einkaufsteam.

Art: Vollzeit (Teilzeit nach Absprache möglich)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für den Warenbestand und reibungslosen Warenfluss Deiner zu betreuenden Marken
  • Ermittlung der optimalen Bestellmengen sowie Platzierung und Abwicklung von Bestellungen
  • Sicherstellung der Warenverfügbarkeit und Abstimmung mit Lieferanten
  • Kontrolle und Buchung von Warenbewegungen im ERP-System
  • Durchführung und Koordinierung von Zollabwicklungen
  • Prüfung von Lieferantenrechnungen
  • Pflege von Artikel- und Stammdaten
  • Kommunikation mit internationalen Lieferanten und Partnern
  • Unterstützung im Produktmanagement unserer Eigenmarke, z.B. administrative Tätigkeiten, Kontrolle von Wareneingängen, Pflege von Produkttexten, etc.

Das zeichnet Dich aus

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Industriekaufmann/-frau oder Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau) oder ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium
  • Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder in einer vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Rolle
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an Fahrrädern, Rennrad oder Mountainbike ist ein Plus – aber keine Voraussetzung
