… und suchen Dich in der Entgeltabrechnung. Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der Lohnabrechnung und im Umgang mit DATEV mit und sorgst für die korrekte Abrechnung unserer Mitarbeitenden. Dabei arbeitest Du Hand in Hand mit unserer HR-Abteilung und der internen Finanzbuchhaltung zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung für rund 90 Beschäftigte unter Einhaltung aller steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Vorgaben
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung abrechnungsrelevanter Personalstammdaten sowie Bewegungsdaten im System (DATEV)
  • Erstellung und Übermittlung der gesetzlichen Meldungen an Sozialversicherungsträger und Finanzbehörden
  • Ansprechpartner/-in (m/w/d) für unsere Beschäftigten bei Fragen rund um die Lohnabrechnung
  • Erstellung von Bescheinigungen, Auswertungen und abrechnungsbezogenen Dokumentationen für interne und externe Stellen
  • Begleitung von Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen
  • Vertretung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung, z.B. Eingangsrechnungen und Kontoauszüge bearbeiten

Das zeichnet Dich aus

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen, Lohnbuchhaltung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Erfahrungen in der Buchhaltung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
