Buscamos a un/a estudiante con mentalidad analítica y visión estratégica para unirse a nuestro equipo de Merchandising - Demand Planning. Trabajarás mano a mano con los equipos de Ventas, Compras y Gestión de Stock, participando activamente en el diseño de previsiones y en decisiones clave que garantizan que nuestros productos lleguen a tiempo al mercado.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Apoyarás en la creación y mantenimiento de modelos de demanda sólidos para asegurar la disponibilidad de producto y minimizar riesgos de obsolescencia.
  • Analizarás incidencias y desviaciones entre las previsiones y las ventas reales para entender el "porqué" de los datos y proponer ajustes.
  • Participarás en los planes estratégicos de demanda, incorporando las promociones y acciones acordadas por el equipo comercial.
  • Realizarás análisis de datos de demanda actual para ayudar a prever tendencias de mercado.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

  • Licenciatura/grado en Economía, ADE, estadística o similares.
  • Nivel alto en Excel.
  • Inglés B2.
  • Será valorable el conocimiento de otros idiomas como portugués, estudios/conocimientos relacionados con el análisis de datos, y el conocimiento del sector retail.
  • Importante posibilidad de desplazamiento diaria a las oficinas centrales.
  • Gusto por el análisis de datos, resolución de problemas y la mejora de procesos.
