¿Te apasiona la mediación legal, la negociación y el Derecho del Consumo?

Formando parte del departamento de Customer Service, aprenderás a representar defensivamente a la compañía, dando apoyo en la mediación con Organizaciones de Consumidores, Administraciones Públicas y la Plataforma UE de Resolución de Litigios en Línea, garantizando el equilibrio entre la satisfacción del cliente y la protección del negocio.

Ubicación: Alicante, Polígono de Las Atalayas

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Darás apoyo en la intermediación con organismos públicos y Organizaciones de Consumidores (OCU, Juntas Arbitrales, etc.) para negociar y alcanzar acuerdos extrajudiciales favorables.
  • Soporte en la tramitación de quejas oficiales, reclamaciones en tienda e inspecciones de consumo, recopilando la documentación legal requerida entre diferentes departamentos y abogados externos.
  • Revisarás el cumplimiento normativo (local, autonómico y nacional) y procedimientos comerciales de nuestras tiendas.
  • Participarás en la elaboración de informes de resolución de conflictos para identificar áreas de mejora en los procesos de la empresa.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Estudiantes o recién graduados/as en Derecho, Máster en Abogacía, Criminología, Doble Grado ADE + Derecho o titulaciones afines.
  • Interés y formación en Derecho del Consumo y procedimientos administrativos.
  • Gran capacidad de comunicación y negociación.
  • Nivel de inglés B2 (no necesitamos certificado).
