Description du poste

Nous recrutons notre futur Chef de Projet afin de renforcer notre équipe et d’accompagner nos clients sur des challenges fonctionnels et techniques liés à la solution Salesforce

  • Dans un environnement agile, vous intégrerez une équipe d’experts afin d’assurer la relation avec le client ainsi que le suivi contractuel des projets répondant aux processus métiers de nos clients.
  • Vous encadrerez des consultants fonctionnels et techniques intervenant sur le projet.
  • Vous interviendrez personnellement en tant que consultant fonctionnel ou technique sur les projets, notamment dans les phases de spécification, de recette et de formations.
  • Vos connaissances vous permettront de valider les options proposées et de suivre le travail des consultants qui constituent votre équipe.
  • Vous interviendrez dans les processus d’avant-ventes ainsi que dans l’évaluation et la rédaction des propositions.

Au-delà de votre mission de consultant, vous participerez au développement de l’entreprise en prenant à charge divers projets d’intrapreneuriat en fonction des opportunités et de vos centres d’intérêts (organisation de missions solidaires, événementiel, lancement de partenariats…)

Qualifications

Profil Recherché

  • Plusieurs expériences réussies en gestion de projets dans un environnement CRM
  • Excellentes connaissances en méthodologie projet (notamment agile)
  • Vision stratégique et parfaite connaissance des enjeux business de l’entreprise
  • Connaissances approfondies en termes d’intégration et de configuration d’un CRM
  • Curieux, agile d’esprit et doté d’une très bonne capacité d’analyse
  • Anglais courant
  • Certifications Salesforce fortement recommandées
