Description du poste

Nous recrutons notre futur Ingénieur Support Senior – CDI – Rabat, Casablanca ou Oujda

Vous serez responsable de la gestion et du pilotage des services informatiques, avec un fort focus sur la transition des projets vers le fonctionnement quotidien (BAU) et l’excellence opérationnelle.

Vos missions :

  • Piloter les opérations informatiques , incluant la gestion des services et la direction des processus MIM/IM.
  • Assurer la gestion des opérations
  • Appliquer les bonnes pratiques ITIL (gestion des incidents, problèmes, changements, transition des services, gestion des capacités).
  • Coordonner la transition des projets vers le BAU, garantissant une préparation opérationnelle complète et une acceptation formelle des services.
  • Utiliser et administrer les plateformes ITSM, notamment Jira Service Management.
  • Exploiter les outils d’observabilité (Kibana, Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, New Relic) pour le monitoring et l’analyse.
  • Gérer les opérations d’infrastructure et d’application sur des environnements cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), frameworks Angular, réseaux, bases de données et middleware.
  • Communiquer efficacement et gérer les parties prenantes avec un leadership calme et décisif en situation de crise.
  • Analyser les tendances, planifier les capacités et produire des rapports pertinents.
  • Gérer simultanément plusieurs projets dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution

Qualifications

Ce que vous nous apportez ?

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion des opérations IT et services (minimum 5 ans).
  • Maîtrise approfondie des processus ITIL.
  • Expérience pratique des outils ITSM et plateformes d’observabilité.
  • Très bonne connaissance technique des infrastructures cloud, applications et outils associés.
  • Capacité à gérer la pression et les priorités dans un contexte complexe.

  • Leadership calme et décisionnel, capable de gérer les situations de crise avec sang-froid.
  • Excellente communication et gestion des parties prenantes, facilitant la collaboration entre équipes techniques et métiers.
  • Capacité à gérer les priorités et le stress, tout en maintenant une organisation rigoureuse dans un environnement dynamique.
