Description du poste

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Recrutement Maroc, vous serez en charge de piloter l’ensemble des recrutements IT sur votre périmètre. Vous rejoindrez une communauté mondiale de recruteurs internes, composée notamment de 8 chargés de recrutement au niveau local, tous passionnés par l’univers de la tech.

Les principales missions :

  • Être garant de l'atteinte des objectifs du plan de recrutement de vote périmètre.
  • Définir le profil cible et la stratégie de sourcing.
  • Marketer nos offres et assurer leur diffusion.
  • Réaliser l'approche directe/chasse via LinkedIn.
  • Mener les entretiens d’évaluation RH.
  • Accompagner les managers dans la prise de décision finale.
  • Mener la négociation salariale et le suivi des candidats.
  • Elaborer les contrats de travail.
  • Garantir le respect des procédures et outils associés à notre politique recrutement groupe.
  • Participer à la politique de relations écoles > développement de nouveaux partenariats et entretien des partenariats existants, définir les interventions dans les écoles : forums, cours etc.
  • Animer les comités recrutement hebdomadaires avec le client interne
  • Vous intervenez dans une logique de service et de conseil auprès des équipes opérationnelles et assurez le reporting de vos activités.

Qualifications

Ce que vous nous apportez ?

  • Une expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans le recrutement, idéalement au sein d’une ESN, d’un cabinet de recrutement ou d’un cabinet de chasse de têtes.
  • Une très bonne connaissance des profils tech.
  • L'Anglais est un must pour ce poste
  • Gestion des recrutements de volume et les techniques de sourcing pour les profils pénurique ou très recherchés.
  • Autonome, organisé, persévérant, de nature optimiste et vous avez une réelle capacité à convaincre !
  • Des qualités rédactionnelles certaines, faites preuve de rigueur et avez un relationnel aisé.
