Description du poste

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités Data, nous recherchons un Tech Lead Snowflake pour piloter la conception et la mise en œuvre de solutions Data modernes, performantes et évolutives.

Vos principales missions :

  • Concevoir et définir l’architecture des solutions Data sur Snowflake.
  • Encadrer techniquement les équipes Data Engineering et garantir la qualité des développements.
  • Développer et optimiser les pipelines ETL/ELT ainsi que les transformations SQL.
  • Assurer l’optimisation des performances, la maîtrise des coûts et la scalabilité des environnements Snowflake.
  • Mettre en place les bonnes pratiques de développement, de sécurité, de gouvernance et de gestion des accès.
  • Contribuer à l’industrialisation des traitements Data et aux processus CI/CD.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes métiers, les architectes et les équipes techniques pour répondre aux besoins fonctionnels.

Qualifications

Profil recherché :

  • Formation Bac+5 en informatique, ingénierie des données, systèmes d’information ou équivalent.
  • Solide expérience en tant que Tech Lead Data ou Data Engineer senior, avec une expertise confirmée sur Snowflake.
  • Excellente maîtrise de SQL et des concepts Data Warehouse et Data Engineering.
  • Bonne connaissance de Python, Snowpark et des outils ETL/ELT.
  • Expérience en modélisation des données, optimisation des performances et maîtrise des coûts cloud.
  • Maîtrise des pratiques CI/CD, de Git et des méthodologies Agile.
  • Capacité à définir les choix d’architecture, à encadrer techniquement une équipe et à garantir la qualité des livrables.
  • Esprit d’analyse, autonomie, sens de la communication et excellent relationnel.
