The role entails proactive outreach to potential customers, relationship cultivation, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling. The Cold Caller will provide bespoke services tailored to meet our client’s unique needs. Key Responsibilities 1- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients within the US Commercial Real Estate sector. 2- Prospecting: Pinpoint key decision-makers within target organizations. 3- Outreach: Execute outbound activities, including calls and emails. 4- Relationship Building: Foster relationships, comprehend client needs, and position our services as solutions. 5- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the US Commercial Real Estate market. 6- Sales Strategies: Collaborate on effective strategies to secure call appointments. 7- Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records using CRM systems. 8- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics.
