Sobre la empresa

Grupo empresarial multinacional, formado por varias compañías con necesidades tecnológicas diversas, busca incorporar a su equipo un/a Responsable de IT & DevOps que lidere la operación tecnológica del grupo, garantizando servicios IT eficientes, una infraestructura robusta y una evolución tecnológica continua que impulse el negocio.

El puesto

Buscamos un perfil con experiencia sólida en DevOps, especialmente en gestión de redes, VPN y securización de sistemas, capaz de asumir un rol de IT Manager: gestión del soporte IT diario, liderazgo de un equipo con personal a su cargo, y mantenimiento de una infraestructura crítica segura y escalable. De forma complementaria, aportará su experiencia técnica a proyectos internos de transformación tecnológica del grupo.

Responsabilidades principales

Gestión del Servicio IT Corporativo

  • Definir el modelo de soporte (qué se atiende internamente y qué se externaliza).
  • Gestionar proveedores de Helpdesk/microsoporte: selección, negociación y seguimiento.
  • Medir, controlar y mejorar el servicio mediante SLAs, KPIs y reporting.
  • Controlar costes y presupuesto del área.
  • Escalar y resolver incidencias complejas.
  • Gestionar y desarrollar al equipo interno a su cargo (prioridades, seguimiento y desarrollo de capacidades).
  • Actuar como interlocutor transversal con las distintas empresas del grupo.

DevOps & Plataformas Tecnológicas

  • Mantener la infraestructura crítica: servidores, redes, almacenamiento, virtualización.
  • Gestionar y administrar la red corporativa: diseño, mantenimiento, VPN y conectividad segura entre sedes/empresas del grupo.
  • Gestionar entornos cloud e híbridos (Azure / AWS / GCP).
  • Implementar y mantener CI/CD y automatización de despliegues (GitLab: repos, runners, pipelines).
  • Trabajar con contenerización (Docker; Kubernetes valorado).
  • Aplicar infraestructura como código (Terraform, Ansible, scripting).
  • Garantizar monitorización, observabilidad y alertas.
  • Velar por la seguridad y securización de sistemas y red, copias de seguridad y recuperación ante desastres.
  • Eliminar bloqueos técnicos y habilitar entornos estables para desarrollo, pruebas y producción.

Transformación y Mejora Continua

  • Detectar oportunidades de mejora y eficiencia.
  • Apoyar proyectos internos de transformación tecnológica.
  • Automatizar procesos y tareas.
  • Impulsar la implantación de nuevas herramientas y tecnologías.
  • Fomentar la estandarización, las buenas prácticas y el gobierno tecnológico.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia demostrable en DevOps (infraestructura, cloud, automatización).
  • Experiencia sólida en gestión de redes, VPN y securización de sistemas (imprescindible).
  • Experiencia previa liderando personas o equipos técnicos.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en gestión de proveedores IT y negociación.
  • Capacidad de planificación, priorización y visión estratégica orientada al negocio.
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y trabajo transversal con distintas áreas del negocio.
  • Proactividad, mentalidad de servicio y orientación a la mejora continua.

Se valorará

  • Experiencia en entornos con Kubernetes.
  • Experiencia previa en grupos empresariales con múltiples compañías o unidades de negocio.
  • Participación previa en proyectos de transformación digital.

Condiciones

  • Modalidad híbrida, con presencialidad de entre el 50% y el 60% de la jornada en las oficinas de Huelva. No se ofrece modalidad 100% remoto.
  • Incorporación a un grupo empresarial en evolución tecnológica continua, con impacto directo en la eficiencia y agilidad del negocio.
