Role overview

Write

  • Own Apurv’s written output on LinkedIn and X. Posts, threads, replies and the occasional longer piece.
  • Sharpen the posts he writes himself while keeping them unmistakably his.
  • Own the hook. Every post and every video earns the next three seconds, or it does not go out.
  • Extend the same to Kanika and Vikas once Apurv’s cadence is running steadily.

Produce

  • Own video end to end concept, script, shoot, edit, thumbnail, caption, publish.
  • Run an AI-first production stack so one shoot day yields a fortnight of output. Generation, dubbing, clipping, upscaling, repurposing.
  • Make the visual assets that carry written posts: carousels, charts, stills, screenshots.

Publish and grow

  • Own the calendar and the cadence across LinkedIn, X and Instagram. You decide what goes where, in what format, and when.
  • Run the comment sections. A founder replying well is where most of the compounding happens.
  • Track what works. Bring a monthly read on which hooks, formats and topics moved the numbers and change the plan on the evidence.

Build the system

  • Get material out of Apurv’s week, from customer calls, internal debates and things he reads, without adding meetings to his calendar.
  • Build a reusable library: hook formats that have worked, b-roll, templates, brand assets, and an evergreen bank so a travel-heavy week still ships.
  • Earn autonomy. You will start with review on everything and move to publishing without sign-off as the voice becomes reliable. How fast that happens is up to you.

Requirements

Must have

  • A published body of work you personally wrote, shot, cut and posted across social media.
  • Evidence you can write in someone else’s voice.
  • You have grown an account to real numbers, yours or someone else’s, and you can explain what actually drove it rather than guessing at it afterwards.
  • You edit your own work to a publishable standard with nobody’s help. Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, Cap Cut, we care about the output rather than the tool.
  • You have rebuilt your production process around AI rather than using it for the odd b-roll clip.
  • Platform-native judgement. You know why a post that lands on LinkedIn dies on X, and you write differently for each.
  • You can take something technical and make a non-technical person want to read it.
  • You live in Goa or you are ready to move. This role only works in person.
