The posting

Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers. Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed.  Seasonal: 21 November until 24 December 2024   Position 1: Every Saturday 07:45-16:30 Additional days required:  18 November for charity launch event, hours to be discussed at interview Wednesday 23 December 07:45-16:30 and Thursday 24 December hours to be discussed at interview    Position 2: Every Sunday 8:45-16:30 Additional days required: Monday 21 December 07:45-16:30 and Tuesday  07:45-16:30    Main duties and responsibilities: Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by:

Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action

To be successful in this role, we are looking for people:
