Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers. Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed.     Rota: Full Time, 40 hours  Week 1: Monday 09:00-18:00, Tuesday 09:00-18:00, Thursday 09:00-18:00, Friday 09:00-18:00 and Saturday 09:00-18:00 Week 2: Sunday 09:00-17:30, Tuesday 09:00-18:00, Wednesday 09:00-18:00, Thursday 09:00-18:00 and Friday 09:00-18:00   Main duties and responsibilities:  

Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by: Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action Excellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping are established and maintained in accordance with company guidelines
