About the Role

Leads the Operations Excellence Office responsible for operational governance, process ownership, decision-rights framework, performance improvement, and cross-functional integration across all operational portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads the Operations Excellence Office responsible for operational governance, process ownership, decision-rights framework, performance improvement, and cross-functional integration across all operational portfolios.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12+ years experience in operations, transformation, portfolio governance, or business excellence.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Company Experience

Saudi Aramco, NEOM, Red Sea Global, Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, Riyadh Airports Company (RAC), Jeddah Airports Company (JEDCO), ENGIE Solutions, CBRE, JLL, ISS Facility Services.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large-scale operations, maintenance, integrated facilities management, airports, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, government, and critical infrastructure environments.
