About the Role

Mid-to-senior management role leading sourcing and subcontracting within the Supply Chain function; responsible for subcontractor selection, prequalification, negotiation and contract administration for FM/O&M projects; manages a team of buyers/contract officers and reports to the Supply Chain Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mid-to-senior management role leading sourcing and subcontracting within the Supply Chain function.
  • Responsible for subcontractor selection, prequalification, negotiation and contract administration for FM/O&M projects.
  • Manages a team of buyers/contract officers and reports to the Supply Chain Director.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's in Supply Chain/Engineering/Business.
  • 8+ years in procurement and subcontracting with 3+ years managing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of FM/O&M subcontract packages (MEP, civil, cleaning, security, landscaping).
  • ERP experience (SAP/Oracle).
  • CIPS certification preferred.
