  • Own and continuously enhance global standard costing, inventory control, plant performance measurement, and operations controlling standards, policies, and reporting frameworks.
  • Drive transparency and performance improvement across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, quality, inventory, productivity, forecast accuracy, working capital, and supply chain operations.
  • Act as the finance lead for operational transformation projects, defining KPIs, reporting requirements, and performance measures across SAP, planning, consolidation, and BI systems.
  • Strengthen the Group Controlling community through training, best-practice sharing, continuous improvement initiatives, and finance transformation projects.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Operations Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing Finance, or Controlling within a global industrial or manufacturing environment, including experience at local production site/ factory level.

  • Experience leading international, cross-functional projects and driving operational or finance transformation initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP (preferably S/4HANA), planning and consolidation systems, and business intelligence tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field; MBA, CPA, CMA, Lean/Six Sigma, or Project Management qualifications are advantageous. Fluent English required; German and French are a plus.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
