Stäubli Fluid Connectors stellt Schnellkupplungssysteme für Flüssigkeiten, Gase und elektrische Energie her. Unsere standardisierten und maßgeschneiderten Produkte, Mono- und Multikupplungen, Werkzeugwechsler und Quick Mold Change Systeme (QMC), vereinen Sicherheit, Leistung sowie Qualität und sind somit ein Garant für hohe Wertschöpfung.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Verantwortung für das operative Beschaffen technischer Komponenten (z. B. Elektrobauteile, Pneumatik, Hydraulik, Norm- und Kaufteile) im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
  • Abwickeln des gesamten operativen Bestellprozesses von der Bedarfsermittlung bis zur Terminüberwachung
  • Sicherstellen der Materialverfügbarkeit durch aktive Terminverfolgung sowie konsequentes Eskalationsmanagement bei Lieferengpässen
  • Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit Produktion, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Konstruktion und strategischem Einkauf
  • Bewerten von Angeboten sowie treffen von Vergabeentscheidungen
  • Pflegen und Optimieren von Einkaufsstammdaten, Lieferzeiten und Dispositionsparametern im ERP-System
  • Überwachen und Optimieren von Lagerbeständen sowie Sicherheitsbeständen und Wiederbeschaffungszeiten
  • Bearbeiten von Reklamationen in Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und der Qualitätssicherung
  • Aktives Mitarbeiten bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Beschaffungsprozessen

Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, gerne mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Beschaffungsprozess, bestenfalls im Bereich Maschinenbau
  • Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis (Spezifikationen und Datenblätter)
  • Routinierter Umgang mit SAP und MS-Office
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
