Descrizione del lavoro

Per rafforzare le attività di Project Management della Divisione Fluid Connectors, cerchiamo un Project Manager con solida esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi, da inserire nel team PMO della Divisione Fluid Connectors.

Riportano alla responsabile del team PMO FCS, la risorsa gestirà i progetti assegnati, assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di qualità, costo e tempi. Opererà in un’organizzazione a matrice, all'interno di team di progetto interfunzionali e internazionali, e collaborando con sponsor, governance, management, Business Units e Production Units, senza responsabilità gerarchiche dirette.

Principali responsabilità

  • Strutturare e gestire i progetti secondo le metodologie di Project Management applicabili, definendo obiettivi, piano di progetto, milestone, budget, deliverable e responsabilità.
  • Raccogliere, analizzare e sintetizzare i requisiti provenienti dalle diverse funzioni aziendali.
  • Monitorare qualità, rischi, tempi e ove richiesto costi e redditività .
  • Organizzare e condurre milestone review e incontri di avanzamento.
  • Assicurare un reporting regolare verso sponsor, governance e management.
  • Predisporre gli elementi necessari a supportare decisioni e definizione di priorità.
  • Collaborare con Business Unit, Production Unit, funzioni divisionali, partner e fornitori.
  • Contribuire allo sviluppo e al miglioramento continuo delle metodologie e degli strumenti di Project Management.

Qualifiche

  • Laurea magistrale o titolo equivalente in Ingegneria, Project Management o ambiti correlati; saranno valutati anche percorsi differenti accompagnati da una significativa esperienza professionale.
  • Solida conoscenza del Project Management e delle relative metodologie.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di progetti trasversali, preferibilmente in contesti industriali, internazionali o organizzati a matrice.
  • Capacità di gestire budget, pianificazioni, rischi, milestone e reporting.
  • Padronanza degli strumenti di Project Management, di Office 365 e delle piattaforme collaborative.
  • Inglese di livello avanzato.
  • Ottime capacità relazionali, adattabilità e proattività.
