Stellenbeschreibung

Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Recruiting und möchtest mehr Verantwortung übernehmen? In dieser vielseitigen Rolle verantwortest du eigenständig das End-to-End-Recruiting für unsere Blue-Collar-Positionen in der DACH-Region und bist gleichzeitig eine wichtige Ansprechperson für lokale HR-Themen an unserem Standort in Sulzbach-Rosenberg.

Deine Aufgaben

  • End-to-End Recruiting: Eigenständige Verantwortung für alle Blue-Collar-Rekrutierungen in der DACH-Region, vom Kick-off bis zum Angebot
  • Candidate & Stakeholder Management: Steuerung des gesamten Auswahlprozesses sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Hiring Managern und lokalen HR-Teams
  • Lokales HR Management: Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden, Auszubildenden und Leiharbeitnehmenden bei personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Learning & HR Operations: Koordination von Entwicklungs- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen sowie Erstellung personalrelevanter Dokumente
  • HR-Projekte & Events: Aktive Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten sowie Unterstützung bei Karriere- und Ausbildungsmessen und Mitarbeiterevents

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Recruiting-Erfahrung, idealerweise im Blue-Collar- oder operativen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im eigenständigen End-to-End Recruiting und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Hiring Managern und Kandidaten
  • Interesse an einer vielseitigen Rolle, die Recruiting und lokales HR Management verbindet
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, auch für die Durchführung von Interviews auf Englisch
  • Selbstständige, serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft, ca. 3 Tage pro Woche in Sulzbach-Rosenberg vor Ort zu arbeiten
