In dieser vielseitigen Rolle entwickelst und steuerst Du innovative Event- & Experience-Formate – von der Konzeption über die Umsetzung bis zur Erfolgskontrolle. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit internen Teams und externen Partnern zusammen und verantwortest die Kommunikation, das Budget sowie die strategische Weiterentwicklung der Eventaktivitäten, um die Positionierung von STABL auf europäischer Ebene voranzutreiben.

Deine Mission

  • Entwicklung von kreativen Brandexperience- und Eventformaten in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Messen, Events und Branchenveranstaltungen (digital, hybrid und vor Ort) - intern und extern
  • Unterstützung bei interner und externer Kommunikation rund um die Messen und Events
  • Nachbereitung und Erfolgskontrolle der Messen und Events inklusive Performance Reporting
  • Analyse von Markt- und Branchentrends zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Messe- und Eventstrategie, um STABL auf europäischer Ebene zu positionieren und unsere Sales-Aktivitäten zu fördern
  • Budgetplanung, Lieferantenvergleich und Kostenkontrolle
  • Steuerung von Agenturen, Partnern und Lieferanten

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Eventmanagement, Marketing, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung abgeschlossen
  • Du hast bereits fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Messen und Events
  • Trends und Entwicklungen im Eventbereich erkennst du sicher und setzt kreative Konzepte gezielt und wirksam um
  • Du bringst 3-4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit und Steuerung von Agenturen und Dienstleistern mit
  • Eine klare und professionelle Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe mit internen Teams und externen Partnern ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Mit gängigen Office-Tools gehst Du sicher um; Kenntnisse in Event- oder Projektmanagement-Software sind ein Plus
  • Du hast Spaß daran, Veranstaltungen mit Herzblut zu planen und durchzuführen – ob digital, hybrid oder vor Ort
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
