The posting

StackAdapt is the leading technology company that empowers marketers to reach, engage, and convert audiences with precision. With 465 billion automated optimizations per second, the AI-powered StackAdapt Marketing Platform seamlessly connects brand and performance marketing to drive measurable results across the entire customer journey. The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels.

We're hiring a Lead, Strategic Operations & Emerging Channels to develop and execute the operating model for StackAdapt's non-programmatic and emerging channels. In this role, you will hold two core operational mandates. First, you will own new-channel operations, partnering with Inventory Development to design and refine daily workflows. Second, you will drive documentation and sales enablement, ensuring all inventory guides and collateral remain accurate across channels, structuring content for dual consumption by human teams and AI systems alike. AI is central to how you'll work: you'll use it from day one to build your own workflows and eliminate manual, repetitive friction for the broader team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Define Operational Strategy for Emerging & Non-Programmatic Channels: Lead the operational strategy for non-programmatic channels, partnering closely with Inventory Development and cross-functional teams to strengthen quality, operational excellence, and go-to-market execution.
  • Drive AI-Powered Innovation & Workflow Efficiency: Build innovative, AI-driven solutions that solve for operational friction points. Introduce automation models, prompts, and modern tools into daily workflows to increase productivity, reduce cycle times, and optimize efficiency at scale.
  • Define KPIs & Quantify Impact: Collect and analyze operational data (e.g. launch cycle time, hours saved through automation) to measure the impact of new initiatives, monitor efficiency gains, and inform executive decision-making.
  • Own Inventory Content & Documentation: Establish frameworks to ensure all operational content remains accurate, accessible, and current. Oversee the lifecycle of execution guides, collateral, internal support documentation, and knowledge base repositories across emerging and programmatic channels.
  • Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor team members across the broader Inventory team, providing continuous support to unblock complex projects.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Operations and program leadership: 5+ years in operations, program management, or operational enablement, including launching or scaling a new process, product, or channel.
  • AI-Forward Mindset & Automation Capabilities: A proven history of using AI tools, prompt engineering, custom workflows, or automation techniques in previous roles (or personal projects) to eliminate manual tasks, streamline processes, and elevate team output.
  • Content and knowledge management: Experience structuring and maintaining operational documentation and sales enablement content at scale.
  • Analytical and process rigor: The ability to diagnose workflow inefficiencies, design scalable solutions, and quantify their impact through data.
  • Cross-functional influence: Experience driving complex initiatives across technical and non-technical stakeholders, often without direct authority.
  • Executive-level communication: Clear, concise written and verbal communication, with the ability to distill complex systems for diverse audiences.
  • Mentorship & Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a natural inclination toward coaching, unblocking team members, and simplifying complex systems for internal stakeholders.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
