THE COMPANY:

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE (STACK) provides digital infrastructure to scale the world’s most innovative companies. We are an award-winning industry leader in building, owning, and operating highly efficient, cost-effective wholesale, colocation, and cloud data centers. Each of our national facilities meets or exceeds the highest industry standards in all operational categories of availability, security, connectivity, and physical resilience.

STACK offers the scale and geographic reach that rapidly growing hyperscale and enterprise companies need. The world runs on data. Data runs on STACK.

THE POSITION: The Senior Business Systems Analyst, Finance, will partner with global business stakeholders to identify, document, and improve business processes across ERP platforms and related enterprise finance systems. This role will support enterprise finance systems including ERP, FP&A, consolidation, treasury, intercompany, reporting, and analytics platforms. This role will collaborate with finance, accounting, procurement, operations, and executive leadership teams to drive process optimization and systems alignment. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering efforts across finance and operational business functions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable functional specifications, workflows, dashboards, and implementation plans.
  • Support enterprise-wide data governance, standardization, and transformation initiatives designed to improve reporting accuracy, operational visibility, and investment health metrics.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, integration partners, and business leaders to drive scalable ERP enhancements and enterprise process optimization efforts.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and analytical insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in ERP transformation initiatives, future-state platform evaluations, and enterprise systems roadmap planning.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), process validation, training, change management, and release readiness activities.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and modern analytics capabilities to improve reporting efficiency, process automation, knowledge management, and operational decision support.

THE DETAILS:

  • Location: Denver, Colorado
  • Travel: 10%
  • Compensation: $135,000 - $155,000
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must pass comprehensive background and drug screening

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Finance Systems, ERP analysis, or enterprise application delivery roles.
  • Strong finance and accounting background with a solid understanding of core financial processes, reporting structures, and operational accounting workflows.
  • Experience supporting enterprise ERP platforms with preference for NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Yardi, or similar enterprise finance systems.
  • Experience working within enterprise finance technology ecosystems including FP&A, consolidation, treasury, reporting, intercompany, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience supporting financial reporting, dashboarding, analytics, or KPI development initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and cross-functional business discussions with finance and accounting stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise financial data structures, data governance, and reporting consistency practices.
  • Experience supporting ERP transformation, optimization, implementation, or migration initiatives.
  • Real estate, infrastructure, construction, or data center industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong project coordination, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders across regions and time zones.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and proactively managing risks and dependencies.
  • Experience with testing, change management, training, and user adoption activities.

THIS MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF:

  • You enjoy solving business problems as much as understanding systems and data.
  • You can shift comfortably between strategic conversations and detailed execution work.
  • You naturally organize chaos and create clarity for teams operating in fast-moving environments.
  • You are curious, adaptable, and energized by transformation initiatives.
  • You ask thoughtful questions and anticipate stakeholder needs before they become blockers.
  • You are comfortable facilitating conversations with finance leaders, operational teams, technical resources, and executives alike.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments but can also operate independently with minimal direction.

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

  • You prefer narrowly defined responsibilities and highly prescriptive direction.
  • You are only interested in technical system administration without business engagement.
  • You struggle balancing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and evolving requirements.
  • You prefer maintaining the status quo over driving operational improvement.
  • You are uncomfortable presenting recommendations, facilitating discussions, or influencing decision-making across teams.
  • You rely on complete information before taking action.

Compensation Range:

$128,260.00 - $146,017.59

THIS MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF:

  • You are a strong communicator, you are persuasive and clear, blending analytics with experience in decision-making.
  • You do not get flustered easily. You can juggle multiple priorities while balancing urgent requests with shifting timelines and deliverables.
  • You are a team builder. You take the time to understand and develop the strengths of your resources while formulating long-term plans for the growth and success of the team.
  • You are naturally curious and driven toward continual improvement. While you celebrate your successes, you take time to review and analyze campaigns for future learning.

WHY STACK?

  • We offer a competitive compensation package with strong benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K program, flexible spending accounts – even a cell phone subsidy.
  • We foster a culture of appreciation, including peer-to-peer recognition and rewards programs.
  • Fun is part of our DNA, with events, game nights, happy hours, and barbecues.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
