Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung der Backoffice-Abteilung mit den entsprechenden Teams Marktkommunikation, Abrechnung, EEG-Abwicklung und Forderungsmanagement
  • Führung und gezielte Weiterentwicklung der Teamleitungen sowie Stärkung einer vertrauensvollen und bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Sicherstellung und fortlaufende Verbesserung effizienter, rechtskonformer und qualitativ hochwertiger Prozesse entlang der energiewirtschaftlichen Wertschöpfungskette
  • Impulsgeber für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Systemen, insbesondere durch den gezielten Einsatz von Digitalisierung und Automatisierung
  • Verantwortung für ein transparentes KPI-basiertes Reporting sowie die wirtschaftliche Steuerung des Bereichs in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Energiewirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder ausgeprägtes Führungspotenzial mit dem Wunsch, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und sich als Führungspersönlichkeit weiterzuentwickeln
  • Gute Kenntnisse in energiewirtschaftlichen Prozessen (z. B. Marktkommunikation, Abrechnung, EEG) sowie Interesse, regulatorische Themen (GPKE, GeLi Gas, WiM, MaBiS) weiter zu vertiefen
  • Hohe IT- und Prozessaffinität sowie Interesse an digitalen Lösungen; erste Erfahrungen in Projekten oder bei der Weiterentwicklung von Systemen sind von Vorteil
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Themen voranzutreiben und andere dafür zu gewinnen
