Job Title: Device Collection Agent (DCA) Administrator: Part-Time

About the Client: A leading provider of managed IT, print, and office technology solutions with over 25 years of experience. The company helps businesses improve efficiency through reliable technology solutions and personalized customer service.

Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Device Collection Agent (DCA) Administrator to coordinate the installation and ongoing management of device collection software supporting managed print and device monitoring services.

This role works directly with internal team members and client administrators to ensure collection agents are properly installed, maintained, and operational. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to manage client coordination and follow-up activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact new and existing clients to coordinate the installation of device collection agents.
  • Schedule and assist with software deployment activities alongside internal team members.
  • Monitor device collection agent status and identify agents that have gone offline.
  • Troubleshoot basic connectivity and communication issues with clients.
  • Follow up with clients to restore offline agents and ensure continued device reporting.
  • Escalate technical issues to the appropriate support resources when necessary.
  • Support the following device collection and monitoring solutions: Printanista Print Tracker Predictive Insights Imageware Remote KFS
  • Coordinate network-based software installations for Printanista, Print Tracker, and Predictive Insights.
  • Assist with device-embedded solutions, including Imageware Remote and KFS, which typically do not require additional network installation beyond the supported device.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients through phone, email, and remote support tools.
  • Basic understanding of computer networks and software installation.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic connectivity and software communication issues.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal technical support teams.

Schedule: Part Time, Night Shift (No definite schedule yet)
