Bühnenmeister/Meister für Veranstaltungstechnik (m/w/d)

Starker Auftritt: Dein Job im Detail

  • Verantwortung: Du überwachst sicherheitstechnisch alle Bühnenabläufe sowie Ein-, Aus- und Umbauten und sorgst für einen störungsfreien Showbetrieb.
  • Überblick: Du betreust den laufenden Vorstellungsbetrieb, gibst die Bühne frei bzw. sperrst sie und bedienst bei Bedarf die Ober- und Untermaschinerie.
  • Sicherheit: Du stellst die Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorschriften (u. a. VStättVO, DGUV) sowie der Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsstandards sicher.
  • Technik: Du verantwortest die Instandhaltung der bühnentechnischen Einrichtungen und des Equipments.
  • Führung: Du leitest dein Team fachlich und disziplinarisch, förderst Mitarbeitende und planst effizient den Personaleinsatz.
  • Organisation: Dienstplanung, Bestellwesen und administrative Aufgaben runden dein Tätigkeitsfeld ab.

Deine Eintrittskarte: Dein Können und Talent

  • Du verfügst über eine Qualifikation als Bühnenmeister (IHK) oder als Meister für Veranstaltungstechnik mit Schwerpunkt Bühne/Studio – idealerweise ergänzt um die Fachrichtung Beleuchtung. Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Theater-/Musical- oder Entertainmentbereich runden dein Profil ab.
  • Technik begeistert dich: Du arbeitest strukturiert, organisiert und behältst auch in komplexen Bühnensituationen stets den Überblick.
  • Als Führungspersönlichkeit gehst du offen und teamorientiert auf andere zu, triffst klare Entscheidungen und überzeugst mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsstärke.
  • Flexibilität ist für dich selbstverständlich – auch bei Abend- und Wochenenddiensten. Zudem bringst du die nötige körperliche Konstitution und Höhentauglichkeit für den Bühnenalltag mit.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Englisch.
