  • Verantwortung für den sicheren, zuverlässigen und künstlerisch hochwertigen Betrieb aller Beleuchtungs- und Videosysteme der aktuellen Produktion
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Vorstellungs-, Proben- und Sonderveranstaltungsbetrieb
  • Betreuung und Bedienung von Beleuchtungsparts wie Lichtstellwerk, Verfolgerspot und Bühnenpart (Licht)
  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an den licht- und videotechnischen Anlagen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen technischen und künstlerischen Abteilungen zur Gewährleistung der Showqualität auf höchstem Niveau
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung relevanter Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards im Bereich Beleuchtung
  • Perspektivische Übernahme der Abteilungsleitung der Beleuchtungsabteilung inklusive fachlicher Führung des Teams sowie Organisation der Arbeitsabläufe.

  • Meister (m/w/d) für Veranstaltungstechnik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Theater-, Musical- oder Veranstaltungsbetrieb
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Beleuchtungs-, Netzwerk- und Videotechnik sowie gängiger Lichtsteuerungssysteme
  • Erfahrung in der Organisation von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Produktionsabläufen
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationsgeschick und Führungspotenzial
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten im Theaterbetrieb
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
