Starker Auftritt - dein Job im Detail:

  • Du nimmst aktiv die Sparringspartner:in-Rolle für den Head of Accounting ein und führst bspw. den Monatsabschlussprozess stark mit.
  • In deinen Verantwortungsbereich fallen die Analyse und Abstimmung von Bilanz- und GuV-Positionen.
  • Du führst komplexe Buchungsvorgänge einschließlich Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungen und Intercompany-Sachverhalten durch.
  • Du bearbeitest eigenständig steuerliche Themen in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Expert:innen.
  • Du identifizierst und setzt Prozessverbesserungen um. Dabei leitest du Projekte zur Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Finance-Prozessen.
  • Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich Auswertungen.
  • Du begleitest eng die Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen.

Deine Eintrittskarte - dein Können und Talent:

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst fundierte Accounting-Kenntnisse mit und verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in den relevanten Prozessen des Rechnungswesens sowie in der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt oder Verantwortung für Kolleg:innen bzw. Projekte übernommen.
  • Du arbeitest sicher und routiniert mit den Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen zusammen und begleitest Prüfungsprozesse souverän.
  • Du verfügst über einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office und hast Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit ERP-Systemen.
  • Mit deiner analytischen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise behältst du auch bei komplexen Sachverhalten den Überblick.
  • Du übernimmst proaktiv Verantwortung, arbeitest eigenständig und bringst eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit.
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und kommunizierst souverän mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.
