Wat ga je doen?

Je wordt onderdeel van een team functielaboranten. Je wordt aangestuurd door onze teamleiding beeldvorming en functieonderzoeken. Dit team kenmerkt zich door zelfstandigheid, ambitie en professionaliteit. Onder de afdeling beeldvorming en functieonderzoeken vallen naast dit team functielaboranten ook nog de teams medische beeldvorming en prenataal centrum.

In deze functie voer je zelfstandig spreekuren met de focus op fundus en cardiovasculair gerelateerde onderzoeken. Hiervoor zul je intern worden opgeleid.

Op dit moment zijn wij op zoek naar een collega in de regio Den Haag, voor diverse locaties van Star-shl in deze regio. Bij calamiteiten kunnen we ook een beroep op je doen om te werken op andere locaties in ons werkgebied. Flexibiliteit en in het bezit zijn van een rijbewijs met eigen auto, is daarom essentieel voor deze functie.

Een kijk in jouw werkweek:

🏥 Maandag kickstart je de week in de regio Den Haag waar je zelfstandig fundus en cardiovasculaire spreekuren draait. Jouw dag staat in het teken van direct patiëntcontact. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke patiënt zich begrepen en veilig voelt tijdens het de verschillende functieonderzoeken. Jouw scherpe blik op de gezondheidstoestand is cruciaal en je staat goed in connectie met de behandelend arts.

🚗 Dinsdag en woensdag ben je te vinden op onze locaties in Den Haag Vaillantplein en Rubenshoek. De variatie in werkplekken houdt je werkweek afwisselend en uitdagend! Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en de teamleider om topzorg te garanderen.

👩‍⚕️ Donderdag – Drukte en schakelen:

Zelfs op de meest hectische dagen houd jij het hoofd koel. Je benadert elke situatie gestructureerd en patiëntgericht. Afwijkende meetresultaten? Jij overlegt proactief met de arts. En mocht het nodig zijn, dan spring je flexibel bij op een andere locatie. Jouw aanpassingsvermogen is cruciaal!

🗓️ Vrijdag – Afronden en vooruitkijken:

De week sluit je af met een controle van alle vastgelegde onderzoeken en een korte afstemming over de aankomende week. Terugkijkend op een week van zelfstandigheid en teamwork ga je met een goed gevoel het weekend in.

Elke dag bij Star-shl is anders, maar onze missie blijft hetzelfde: uitmuntende zorg voor elke patiënt. Voor de mens achter diagnostiek.

Wanneer is dit iets voor jou?

Je bent op zoek naar een dynamische rol in de gezondheidszorg én regelmatigheid in werktijden.

Onze ideale nieuwe collega:

  • Straalt rust uit en weet onze patiënt de juiste voorlichting en instructie te geven over het betreffende onderzoek;
  • Weet zich goed staande te houden in stressvolle situaties en daarbij accuraat te blijven;
  • Is alert op indicaties voor spoedbeoordelingen en schakelt hierover met de aanvrager;
  • Beschikt over goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden;
  • Werkt nauwkeurig met betrekking tot het vastleggen van de onderzoeksresultaten en de aanvullende administratie;
  • Beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs en een auto;
  • Heeft een afgeronde zorgopleiding op minimaal MBO-4 niveau, denk aan doktersassistent of verpleegkundige;
  • Is bovenal een top collega en ambassadeur van onze kernwaarden; hartelijk, samen en toonaangevend.

Wat staat er tegenover?

  • Star-shl, toonaangevend op het gebied van medische- en laboratorium diagnostiek in Zuidwest Nederland. Elke dag werken ruim 1300 medewerkers aan betrouwbare en kwalitatief hoogwaardige diagnostiek.
  • We hebben het grootste en modernste laboratorium van Nederland waar we onderzoeken doen op het gebied van klinische chemie, medische microbiologie en pathologie.
  • Daarnaast hebben we een groot netwerk aan bloedafname locaties en een breed portfolio aan onderzoeken en ondersteunende diensten.
  • De functie valt in cao ziekenhuizen FWG 40 (€ 2750,- tot € 3959,-).
