Wat ga je doen?

Als medewerker Frontoffice ben je samen met je collega's het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alles rondom de bloedafname. Je beantwoordt uiteenlopende vragen, vooral telefonisch en vaak van onze medewerkers in het veld,en schakelt waar nodig met de collega's van de planning en het Klant Service Centrum. Geen dag is hetzelfde.

Daarnaast verzorg je de administratieve verwerking binnen het bloedafnameproces. Denk aan het registreren van ziekenhuisaanvragen, het bijhouden van hielprikken en het verwerken van behaalde certificaten van medewerkers. Je werkt nauw samen met de planning bloedafname. Loopt iets niet soepel? Dan signaleer je dat en denk je actief mee over verbeteringen in het proces. Jouw eigen inbreng wordt bij ons zeer gewaardeerd.

De Frontoffice is voor de medewerkers bloedafname bereikbaar van 07.00 tot 17.00 uur. Je werkt in diensten, verdeeld over drie dagen van zes uur, op onze hoofdlocatie in Etten-Leur.

Wanneer is dit iets voor jou?

Je bent een echte teamspeler die het leuk vindt om collega's verder te helpen. Je schakelt snel, blijft rustig als het druk wordt en houdt ook dan je humor. Daarnaast:

  • Heb je mbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Heb je ervaring met telefonisch klantcontact en voel je je thuis in een dynamische, soms hectische omgeving.
  • Ben je communicatief sterk en heb je goede contactuele eigenschappen.
  • Heb je een flexibele werkhouding.
  • Is ervaring met zorgapplicaties zoals Prins of een (para)medische achtergrond een pré.
