Op zoek naar een zinvolle tijdsbesteding in een maatschappelijke organisatie?

Voor onze locatie aan de Carnissesingel te Rotterdam zijn wij op zoek naar één of meerdere vrijwilliger(s) die in de rol van gastvrouw/gastheer (dit is geen betaalde functie) voor een gastvrij ontvangst van onze patiënten zorgen. Het betreft de vrijdagmorgen van 8.00 tot 12.00 uur en/of de woensdag- en/of vrijdagmiddag van 12.00 tot 16.00 uur. Je kunt al reageren als je één dagdeel beschikbaar bent.

De werkzaamheden:

  • Je heet de patiënten van harte welkom
  • Je vraagt of patiënten beschikken over de juiste documenten (aanvraagformulier en ID-bewijs)
  • Je wijst patiënten een plek binnen de wachtkamer

Wanneer is dit iets voor jou?

Als gastvrouw/gastheer zorg je ervoor dat de ontvangst van onze patiënten hartelijk en goed georganiseerd is. Het kan behoorlijk druk en hectisch zijn op deze prikpost. Daarom zoeken wij iemand die stevig in zijn/haar schoenen staat. Heb jij bijvoorbeeld ervaring in de beveiliging, in de zorg, of aan de receptie? En lijkt het je een leuke uitdaging om de ontvangst van onze patiënten op rolletjes te laten lopen? Beschik je daarnaast over de volgende eigenschappen:

  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Representatief, stressbestendig en empathisch vermogen
  • Affiniteit met zorg en hospitality
  • Minimaal 18 jaar en 1 dagdeel per week beschikbaar
  • Je bent op zoek naar een onbetaalde vrijwilligersfunctie

Dan komen we graag met jou in contact om een kennismakingsgesprek in te plannen.

Om als vrijwilliger bij ons aan de slag te kunnen, dien je in het bezit te zijn van een recente Positieve verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG). De kosten voor de aanvraag van de VOG worden vergoed door Star-shl.
