Wat ga je doen?

  • Als Medewerker Bloedafname vervul je een belangrijke rol. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het afnemen van bloed bij patiënten op vaste prikposten in de regio Utrecht en bij de patiënten aan huis. Je start je dag vroeg (vanaf 07:30 uur) en de exacte werktijden variëren afhankelijk van de vraag. Je werkzaamheden zijn divers en omvatten naast bloedafname ook administratieve taken zoals het verwerken van digitale aanvraagformulieren. Hiervoor maak je gebruik van een werktelefoon (I-Phone) met diverse applicaties om je werk efficiënt uit te voeren.
  • In deze zelfstandige functie werk je solistisch, maar je staat er nooit alleen voor. Regelmatig heb je contactmomenten met je collega’s. Jouw empathie en communicatieve vaardigheden zijn belangrijk bij het benaderen van patiënten.
  • Elke dag werk je met mensen die jouw zorg, aandacht, en expertise nodig hebben. Jouw doel is om elke patient op zijn gemak te stellen en een zo prettig mogelijke ervaring te bieden. Je werkt voornamelijk in de ochtenduren, op verschillende locaties en bij onze patiënten aan huis.
  • In deze afwisselende functie ben je breed inzetbaar in de regio Utrecht, wat vraagt om flexibiliteit en een klantgerichte houding.

Je wordt ingezet in de regio Utrecht op een of meerdere van de volgende locaties: Abcoude, Breukelen, De Bilt, Doorn, Harmelen, Houten, Ijsselstein, Lopik, Maarn, Maarssen, Montfoort, Nieuwegein, Odijk, Oudewater, Utrecht Utrecht Leidsche Rijn, Vianen, Vinkeveen, Wijk bij Duurstede en Woerden,

Wanneer is dit iets voor jou?

  • Een MBO-diploma niveau 3, bij voorkeur in de richting van doktersassistent, verpleegkundige of verzorgende IG (ervaring met bloedafname is een pré, maar geen vereiste);
  • Rijbewijs-B en de beschikking over een auto;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en empathische vaardigheden; jij weet mensen op hun gemak te stellen;
  • Een flexibele werkhouding.

Wat staat er tegenover?

  • Salaris: Een aantrekkelijk salaris volgens FWG 35 Cao Ziekenhuizen (€2.630 - €3.724);
  • Contract: Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband;
  • Flexibele uren: 8 - 20 uur per week, voornamelijk in de ochtend, zonder avond- of weekenddiensten of het werken op feestdagen;
  • Goede reiskostenvergoeding;
  • Uitstekende pensioenregeling bij pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn;
  • Opleiding: Start met een grondige, vier weken durende training (niet fulltime), waarin je 100% aanwezig dient te zijn. Na afloop ben je volledig bevoegd en bekwaam om zelfstandig bloedafnames uit te voeren;
